MEN DECEIVE MORE ( 1092 TIMES A YEAR )

Based on research in England, men lie nearly 3 times a day compared to ladies which only around twice a day. By contrast, woman will only come out with 728 lies per year. From that amount, 25% of men are most likely to spin a yarn to their mothers, and only 10% for deceiving their partners.

BEHIND THE PLEASANT SMILE AND LAUGHTER

With just a pretty little smile, it could make you look great, soften your heart and everyone around you right away. But be careful, keep away from laughing or smiling for no reason…. people might think that you are crazy.

Base on research by Allan Reiss from Brain Sciences Research in Stanford University, 10 men and 10 women were stored up, having them to watch a cartoon film. As a result, when those men and women were laughing at the same time for the same funny scene, their brain reaction towards that funny stuff, were different. Which is, women’s brain that active during laughing are prefrontal cortex and nucleus accumbens that emphasize from something funny to language adaptation. That is why women that watches cartoon, could be more satisfied.

According to scientists, smiling and laughing is the best internal exercise. It could stimulates all over the body and able to conduce our nerve system and other hormones.

In fact, laughing 100 times is the equivalent to 10 minutes on the rowing machine. Laughing initially causes an increase in the heart and respiratory rate, raises blood pressure, increases oxygen consumption, gives the muscles of the face and stomach a workout.

Smiling that ends up with laughing, activates our body chemicals and lowers the risk of heart attack, high blood pressure, stroke and also ulcer.

A sincere smile could brighten others feeling, ease someone from anger and able to start a relationship.

FIGHT AGAINST CRIME

We don’t have the strength to deterring crime if it's meant to happen. But it doesn’t mean that people are free to commit crime without knowing the consequences that might throw them living behind bars. What we should know is, fighting crime is our common responsibility and each one of us must give due cooperation to the police, even if it seems like a small contribution.

However, some people tend to commit crime for selfish reasons. Based on research made by specialist, criminals mostly did crime because they felt it could gain satisfaction. No matter if it was murder, rape, steal, or any other crime, they thought it’s the only way to end up their own problems.

Some of them thought that killing people is art. They did it on purpose without feeling any mercy on the victim. What makes it worst, is that there are no exception to women and children as well. Women are easily to be a crime victim comparing to men.

Besides that, some criminal did crime for revenge. Revenge is one of the most popular reasons. We can even smell the selfishness in it. Most criminals are mentally and emotionally abused. They couldn’t think or even act like a normal person does. Many also lack life-coping abilities and often suffer in silence when faced with difficulties. Some have turned to alcohol, drugs, and gambling that could bring them to the dark path. And of course for them, commit crime might seek release from everyday tensions of life.

Sometimes, the professionals also cannot deter themselves from doing crimes. From ministers to magnates, from doctors to teachers, there are possibilities that crime could be done by them.

Usually, malefactors often study their victims first before acting on their weakness. That is why as mention before, women probably easy to be a crime victim. Especially on a rape cases. Psychologist says doing a sexual intercourse with a woman without her consent, can leave a huge psychological impact on her. Children also, who have been sexually abused, will feel that they are unclean and have a little self-worth.

A criminal doesn’t even care for all these consequences to victims, because of their selfishness. They failed to control their lust of doing it. And when they attain success of what they are doing, they tend to do it again and again. Who do we have to blame?

Perhaps it is time for the government to incorporate a more humane and holistic approach into our education system. These could teach our society to learn how to handle stress, failure, pain and other forms of negative culture. Besides the government , parents, religious bodies, the private sector and the mass media have a role to play in helping to curb crime. We can achieve a sharp reduction in the crime rate if we work together as a nation.

DIET OH DIET

Salam semua..

Post kali ni, berkenaan dengan proses menurunkan berat badan / diet yang saya sedang lakukan.. Berat badan ideal saya sepatutnya dalam 50-55kg saja.. Tapi nampaknya, dah terlebih muatan.. Dulu 65kg, tapi setelah bermacam usaha, turun la 60kg.. Berbulan2 jugak sebenarnya nak turun.. Sekarang? Masih lagi 60kg, dan macam degil pulak lemak2 dalam badan ni nak hilang..

Semasa berat saya dah mencecah 65kg, saya sendiri terkejut.. Tapi belum ada kesedaran untuk berdiet.. Belasah jugak makanan2 segera terutama sekali McDonalds. Dalam seminggu, ada la 5 ke 6 kali mesti wajib pergi McD. Ni masa belajar kat kolej. Bayangkan dalam sebulan, berapa banyak lemak yang boleh terkumpul dalam badan, kalau hampir setiap hari mesti makan makanan lemak tinggi macam tu? Jadi tak heran pun kalau berat badan naik mendadak.


Semasa belum ada kesedaran lagi. Sedap je minum coke kan.

Saya mula sedar, apabila mak mula tegur. Katanya, masa mula2 masuk kolej dulu, tak ada la tembam sangat. Pipi ni, dah semakin membulat. Lengan, paha dan terutama sekali perut, dah semakin membesar. Kalau dulu saya tak berapa nak ambik berat, sekarang, agak panik jugak sebenarnya.. Orang pernah kutuk saya gemuk la, buruk la, muka macam bulan penuh la, dan yang paling buat hati ni tersentap, orang samakan saya dengan Mek Siti kelate ( yang lakon Salam Pantai Timur tu ) Bukan nak kata dia buruk, sebab apa yang saya nampak, dia comel je.. Cuma terasa macam, begitu punya gemuk ke saya ni????

Semasa di gym

Kat situ la saya mula ikhtiarkan macam2.. Ambil ubat, bersenam, tak mau makan nasi, dan macam2 lagi la.. Sampai tahap, mak pun marah.. Sebab apa yang dia nampak, saya lebih kepada menyeksa diri sendiri.. Bukan menyeksa, tapi memang berusaha keras nak kurus.. Yeke?

Baru-baru ni, saya cari macam2 info kat internet tentang proses diet dan jumlah kalori yang perlu di ambil.. Perempuan berusia 20-30 tahun, jumlah kalori yang perlu diambil adalah sebanyak 2000. Jadi, saya perlu tahu jumlah kalori makanan yang saya ambil lepas ni. Wah, leceh la. Tapi ada cara lain lagi ke?

Dah turun berat sampai 60kg

Korang tahu tak, menangis sahaja boleh keluarkan 30 kalori? Serius.. Tapi, takkan la nak menangis pulak. Untuk pengetahuan korang, saya tak berapa suka bersenam.. Bukan meletihkan je, tapi menyakitkan satu badan ni. Ya, dengan bersenam, lemak2 dalam badan pun boleh pecah.. Aduhai, dalam seminggu tu, boleh la 1 atau 2 kali bersenam.. Kalau hari2, mau lunyai badan ni nanti..

Jadi, apa yang saya usahakan sekarang, kurangkan makan nasi.. Senang cerita, tak payah makan nasi langsung… Memandangkan saya ada banyak masa terluang, apa kata ambik kesempatan ni untuk kurus.. Doakan la semoga saya berjaya… Bagi korang yang nak kurus ni, jom la kita berdiet sama2… Hehehe..
